The fourth trimester is the first three months after birth. It is a sacred time filled with great physical and emotional change as your baby adjusts to life outside of the womb, and you adjust to life with a new baby. This package gives parents loving support, education and encouragement for the first 3 months of your baby’s life. You will have unlimited access to me through Marco Polo video chat app (instructions provided after purchase) and email for parent mentoring to help you get all of your questions answered regarding newborn care, postpartum recovery, lactation/feeding, newborn sleep, development, co-parenting and navigating returning to work.

This also includes 1 zoom appt each month that you can schedule as needed.
