Free Monthly Meet Ups to gain support and encouragement through meeting other moms.

Text/phone support throughout your care with me. You’ll have 2 prenatal visits so we can get to know each other and to prepare you for birth and postpartum. This includes teaching on childbirth preparation and  what to expect in regards to feeding, reviewing how to use your pump, providing hands-on support to begin hand expression, and measuring you for proper flange size. We will talk about your desires and develop a birth plan. If you feel you need more mentoring you can schedule more visits for an additional fee. I will be on-call for you for 4 weeks around your due dateI will provide labor and birth support and be with you after the birth until mom and baby are settled which is usually around 2 hours. You will have 1 postpartum visit at your home 3 to 5 days after birth.
